We offer next day delivery within Sydney (Monday - Saturday) if you live in the following postcodes:

2000-2079, 2085-2101, 2109-2156, 2160-2172, 2174-2229, 2232-2249, 2557-2559, 2564-2567, 2747-2751, 2759-2764, 2766-2774.

Also included are the following suburbs; Marsden Park, Glenmore Park, Oran Park, Narellan, Mount Annan, Gregory Hills, Cambelltown, Macquarie Fields, Wattle Grove. 
(Sorry we couldn't list the entire post codes for those)

Please note, we DO NOT deliver to hospitals, schools, universities, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, police stations/centres, domestic and international airport terminal, and government bases (eg. military/navy defence bases) due their strict regulations for accepting deliveries.

The order cut-off is 12am (midnight) AEST time. 

This is only available for Sydney Metro. If you'd like to choose a delivery date, you can reply to you order confirmation with your request to change the date, or you can fill out the contact form with the order number and your desired date. 

Date changes need to be made before midnight as we start preparing the orders at midnight. 

Please note we cannot change the delivery date if the order has already been prepared and shipped. 

Unfortunately not! We cannot guarantee a specific time as our daily deliveries are mapped out to ensure the best route and efficiency. Orders will usually be delivered between 9am - 7pm. On busier days, they may be delivered past 7pm.

Upon delivery, our delivery drivers will contact the customer (multiple attempts if needed) and wait for a reasonable amount of time the at the delivery address.

If we aren't able to deliver your order in these circumstances, no refunds will be given and a re-delivery fee will occur.

Yes we deliver to apartments and units. 
Please clearly note the unit number when placing the order and ensure that the recipient is home to accept the delivery.
If the building is secured, and the driver cannot get in, then the box will be returned to us and there will be a redelivery fee.

Delivery is $12 for orders under $100.

Free delivery of orders over $100.


Unfortunately, due to the nature of these locations having multiple entrances and thousands of people coming and going, there is a high chance of items getting lost once delivered so we do not accept orders to Hospitals, Universities or Police stations. 

If you do order to one of these locations, we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost once delivered. 


We offer shipping Australia wide!

We ship orders Monday to Thursday, orders placed before Midnight will get shipped the next day. 

There is a second set of orders processed at 12pm on Thursday 

 Orders after 12 noon on Thursday get shipped on Monday. 

Free shipping of orders over $100.

Shipping is:
$12 for Metro Suburbs for orders under $100.
$20 for Regional Suburbs for orders under $100.

Unfortunately not! We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date for shipping as it usually takes around 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) once it has left us for you to receive your orders.

We send our packages using Australia Post or Sendle. You will receive a tracking confirmation which you can use on the their tracking websites. Deliveries usually take between 1-3 business days* after it has left us, in some cases longer.

*A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

For Western Australia and regional areas may take longer.

We cannot provide any more tracking information than that provided by you tracking number.

 If the recipient is not home, and the delivery driver can’t get hold of you with the number provided, then a re-delivery fee may occur.

We have three vegan BIGG Brownies including: OG, Peanut Butter and Biscoff.

However, no gluten free options. Our THICC Cookies contain a THICC amount of butter, eggs and flour.

Our products are made in an environment which contains nuts, there are no safe guards in place to strictly protect against cross contamination in regards to nuts. Some of our items also contain nuts. Please, if in doubt, do not take risk it if there is a risk of allergic reaction.

Some of the cookies such as S’mores have marshmallow which has gelatine in it which is not Halal. All our cookies have vanilla beans which have traces of alcohol less than 0.1%, according to the Islamic Co-ordinating Council of Victoria P/L , residual alcohol of no more than 0.1% is considered Halal.

But we leave this information up to you.

Nutritional information for Choc-Chip THICC Cookie. All other cookies are within 5% of this information.

Our cookies are made using pasteurized eggs for added food safety. 

When you receive your THICC Cookies and BIGG Brownies, transfer them to an airtight container in a cool dry place at room temperature, the cookies are good for two weeks from the day we send them, we advise in the box 7 days to allow for a few days between being send and being received. Anything after that and they begin to dry out.

Alternatively, if you haven't smashed them in 7 days, you can freeze them. To freeze, wrap them to protect them from freezer burn and you can store them for 2 months. If reheating from frozen, microwave for 1 minute, then leave to rest for 1 minute before eating.

To freeze the THICC Cookies and BIGG Brownies, wrap them in baking paper to protect them from freezer burn and you can store them for up to 2 months. If reheating from frozen, microwave for one minute, then leave to rest for one minute before eating.
