“Many Australians have never tasted some of the bushfoods we are using in our THICC Cookies,” says THICC founder Chris Sheldrick, “We want to be part of spreading the word to promote these ingredients & be part of the movement to make them more mainstream & give them the recognition they deserve.”

Native Australian ingredients are something that we should be celebrating here & proud to show off to the world. Part of that movement means being part of bringing those flavours into the mainstream, THICC Cookies wants to be part of this movement by combining some unique flavour combinations into something which people are very familiar with, choc chip cookies!

The Australian Superfood Co, through their Native Harvest Initiative, works with Indigenous communities & local growers to source a range of delicious fruits, herbs & seeds, making native ingredients accessible to everyone. Australian Superfood Co has a policy of prioritising the sourcing of native produce from Indigenous Ausalians, working with communities to wild harvest product, as well as cultivating native fruits, herbs and seeds.
