Aus Wide Shipping

  • Where do you ship?

    We offer shipping Australia-wide! Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays). ​

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are:​

    • $9.90 for Sydney Metro areas​

    • $14.90 for other major metro areas​

    • $24 for regional suburbs​

    These areas are defined by Australia Post.​

  • Can I request a specific shipping date?

    Once you've input your order, contact our customer support to request a specific shipping date.

  • How long will it take to ship my order?

    Orders are sent via Aus Post Express Next Day Delivery. You'll receive a tracking link to monitor your order. Deliveries typically take 1-3 business days after dispatch. Western Australia and regional areas may experience longer delivery times.​

  • Can I place multiple addresses in one order?

    Each order can only be shipped to one address. For multiple recipients, please place separate orders or contact our customer support for assistance. ​

  • Is there a minimum order amount?

    Yes, the minimum order amount is $20.

Dietary

  • Do you have any gluten-free or vegan options?

    We offer a variety of vegan products, which you can explore here:

    However, we do not have gluten-free options.​

  • Nut allergy information

    Our products are made in an environment that contains nuts, and we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. If you have a nut allergy, please exercise caution.​

  • Are the cookies and brownies Halal?

    Some cookies may contain Gelatin, however all our gelatin is Halal Certified. All cookies contain vanilla beans with less than 0.1% alcohol. According to the Islamic Co-ordinating Council of Victoria, residual alcohol of no more than 0.1% is considered Halal. We leave this information for you to decide.​

  • Do the cookies contain eggs?

    Yes, aside from our vegan range, our cookies are made using pasteurized eggs for added food safety.

Heating and Storage

  • How do I store my THICC Cookies & Brownies? 

    When you receive your THICC Cookies and BIGG Brownies, transfer them to an airtight container in a cool dry place at room temperature, the cookies are good for two weeks from the day we send them, we advise in the box 7 days to allow for a few days between being send and being received. Anything after that and they begin to dry out.

    Alternatively, if you haven't smashed them in 7 days, you can freeze them. To freeze, wrap them to protect them from freezer burn and you can store them for 2 months. If reheating from frozen, microwave for 1 minute, then leave to rest for 1 minute before eating.

  • Can I freezer my THCC Cookies and Brownies?
    To freeze the THICC Cookies and BIGG Brownies, wrap them in baking paper to protect them from freezer burn and you can store them for up to 2 months. If reheating from frozen, microwave for one minute, then leave to rest for one minute before eating.
