We set out to create the best cookies and brownies in Australia. And now, before we know it, we’re celebrating our THIRD BIRTHDAY! 

Let’s rewind a little…It started as a weekend market staple. The concept of a large, gooey NY-style cookie in Australia came about when one of our founders returned from the Big Apple (where he fell in love with their iconic cookies) and couldn’t find anything remotely similar in Sydney to satisfy his craving. He set himself and our team a challenge – creating the perfect THICC cookie. Challenge accepted.

Armed with our newly-created THICC Cookies, we then established our brand, buying wet-floor signs and caution tape from Bunnings to decorate a market stall (ironically, those accessories ended up inspiring our brand’s logo). Next step was a stall at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. That is, until the pandemic hit and Australia went into lockdown. What to do with a pallet of Australian-produced Manildra flour, a tonne of Couverture chocolate and a lot of New Zealand butter? Pivot of course! Online delivery began – and in less than a week all the ingredients were gone.
